HOMEWORK for SPRING BREAK!!!

Response Paper #2

POST on your blog Before Class on Wed, 4/2

(1/2 -1 page single-spaced typed OR 3-5 minutes of audio recording (enunciated/clear words and appropriate pacing) and POSTED directly on your BLOG)

*Write or give an oral review of a place that you recently visited for the first time in your life - just to be on the safe side, let’s give it a year span, but the more recent the better. This could include a review of a new restaurant, town, city, state, country, store, musical/dramatic performance, you name it). In your review, please address the following:
1) Name of venue, its local, and both its interior and exterior appearance (photos or drawings are welcome)
2) Why did you decide to visit this place?
3) Describe the demographics: who lives (near) there, who frequents the place, what is the place well-known for, and what sorts of landmarks might one encounter?
4) What did you do while you were there and what did you see?
5) Would you like to go back? why or why not?
6) If you were handed a free ticket to any place in the world, what (and where) would that place be and why?

NOTE: Points-wise, this Response paper is worth almost as much as 5 SWA homework assignments. In other words, do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
